  • 1/2 large onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 package, 1 oz, dry au jus seasoning
  • 1 package, 1 oz, dry brown gravy mix
  • 2-1/2 cups beef broth cornstarch slurry: 2 tablespoons cornstarch, mixed with 1/4 cup cold water
  • 8 ounces, egg noodles, cooked and kept warm chopped fresh parsley

How To Cook Slow Cooker Beef With Noodles:

Add beef, onion, garlic powder, au jus, and brown gravy to a slow cooker and mix well. Add broth and cover. Heat on high for 4 hours, making sure mixture is boiling and bubbly. Add cornstarch slurry to thicken the mixture.
